Our Menus
Roger Miller's menu is a reflection on the traditions of African cuisine. Appetizers include fried plantains, Sawyer beef kebabs and specialty soups like the spicy goat pepper soup. Most of Roger Miller's entrées are served family-style and meant to be shared among the whole table. Some of the options include steamed tilapia, roasted croaker, ginger shrimp and more exotic offerings like the ndolle, a bitter leaf cooked Cameroon style with beef and served over rice.
